How can I remove a scar from liquid nitrogen burn on mons pubis using a cream?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Liquid nitrogen treatment can cause scarring. A silicon based scar gel, such as Strataderm, is a good option for treating scars, though I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. Depending on the type of scar you have, injections and/or laser treatment may help reduce the appearance of the scar. Good luck!
