I irresponsibly used excessive treatment of apple cider vinegar on the shaft of my penis to treat a genital wart last year. This has resulted in a large scar in the area that has not improved at all in six months despite attempting several different creams/gels. I am considering trying a "dermaroller" as an alternative option.

The type of scar will determine the treatment. If it's hyperpigmented (brown), it can often be treated topically. If it's red, then it can be treated with a vascular laser. If it's indented, it can be treated with a fractional laser or microneedling. If it's raised, it might need a cortisone injection.
