What can I do to heal a scar on the shaft on my penis from a chemical burn from apple cider vinegar use to treat a genital wart?

I irresponsibly used excessive treatment of apple cider vinegar on the shaft of my penis to treat a genital wart last year. This has resulted in a large scar in the area that has not improved at all in six months despite attempting several different creams/gels. I am considering trying a "dermaroller" as an alternative option.
