I was wondering, what is best to do for the future. How many surgeries will I need until most of the area is fixed? Is it maybe possible to just work with fillers and camouflage for scars? Will it even be possible to fix my body. I’m from Germany. Thank you in advance

Indents are often composed of scar contracture or tightened retaining ligaments. A board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in BBL or BBL revisions, and fixing botched BBL procedures, can use vibratory cannula fat grafting injections, along with power-assisted liposuction (PAL) and a basket tip for the cannula, in order to fix the indented regions. Using vibration percussions, the surgeon can open up the contracted and indented region, while simultaneously injecting fat into the area.For BBLs, the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight.As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. I'm sorry to hear about your postoperative problem following buttock augmentation with fat transfer. While infection can occur after surgery it is not common. You have multiple scars and areas of depression along with asymmetry. I believe that the buttocks can be improved  but you need to be examined to determine exactly what needs to be done. you should make sure that when undergoing revision you have it done by a Board Certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience performing buttock augmentation with fat transfer.Good luck!
