The PRP effect will not be affected.Word of caution about Hyaluronidase - be absolutely sure to select an experienced injector to inject it. I have seen many issues with improperly dosed or poorly injected Hyaluronidase.
There is no issue receiving hyaluronidase to dissolve a hyaluronic acid-based filler by an expert physician and then receiving a PRP treatment. Most importantly, make sure both of these are done at a proper medical clinic with a skin expert (e.g. dermatologist) on site.
