Hello doctors, So many horror stories about hyaluronidase here on RS, expecially for under eyes area. Percentage of "worth it" is so low and it's obvious asking why... Can it maybe depend from an excessive amount of hyaluronidase? What's the right amount of units for under eyes area to avoid any problem?

Hi @andhow! Excellent question--Hyalouronidase will not dissolve your own collagen. It dissolves hyaluronic acid which is what Voluma is made out of. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
