Possible to dissolve Voluma without destroying collagen?

Hyaluronidase does not effect collagen. But it may dissolve hyaluronic acid that is naturally in the skin. If you really can't wait for the material to dissolve by itself then limited repeated hyaluronidasetreatments is your next best option.

An experienced plastic surgeon can definitely dissolve the voluma in a very careful manner. One should start with low doses of hyaluronidase and inject diffusely. The treatment (between 40-75 units per side) may have to be repeated but not earlier than two weeks after the original use hyaluronidase. Thank you for your question. Hyalouronidase wouldn't dissolve your collagen . It dissolve’s only hyaluronic acid” the material that fillers are made from” . So no need to worry about your own collagen as it wouldn’t be affected by that . 

Hyaluronicase does not effect collagen, so you have no worries there. It will, however, dissolve Voluma if injected properly. The problems you are worried about occur only with someone who does not really know what they are doing. That is why choosing an expert for both the initial injection so you do not need to use hyaluronidase and to inject the hyaluronidase when needed.
