I am 24 years young and I have a inherited scleral show. Furthermore I've been battling with dry and irritated eyes for several years now, maybe caused by the dropping corners of my eyes. I've read a lot about of surgerys like canthopexy and hyaluronic fillers, which can allegedly fix scleral show. Could you please give me any advise on how to improve it, what steps I should take further? I'm so dissatisfied, when I look into the mirror! Any answer is much appreciated! Thanks!

Do you have any known thyroid problems? Did your eyes always look like the "before" photograph? Do you have any issues with inability to close them now? Dryness? Consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon maybe if value. Would discuss this with your surgeon much sooner than your appointment in 6...
My best advise would be for you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to be assessed in person and discuss options such as a bit of Botox to slightly relax the muscle. You do not want to use Sculptra under your eye. My best,

Yes, it should be fine, but definitely check with your operating surgeon just to err on the side of caution. Best of luck with all. My best,
