Can I go on a flight after 29 hours after I get Chalazion Removal Surgery?

I am supposed to get a chalazion removed on my upper eyelid on Wed and was curious if it is safe for me to fly the next day. The flight is 27 hours after my surgery and is a short distance from LB ca to PHX az. I was curious if it would be safe or cause more swelling? A few years ago I got my wisdom teeth removed a month after I flew to London, the left side of my face became swollen from where they had removed my wisdom tooth... so I am scared what if my eye swells up and something goes wrong.

The lower atmospheric pressure in the airplane make cause a slight increase and swelling but should not be a major problem. However, you should clear this with your own surgeon.

It is probably ok but I would highly recommend discussing your travel plans with the surgeon who is performing this procedure for you.
