Puffiness under my eyes when I smile. How would I "get rid" of this? (photo)

I have just recently realised that when I smile, or pull any facial expression which draws my cheeks up, that a puffy roll of skin appears under my eyes. Would I need something like blepharoplasty or Sculptra? Sorry I don't know much about what procedures would be appropriate please help. Thank you.
