Puffiness under my eyes when I smile. How would I "get rid" of this? (photo)

Question

I have just recently realised that when I smile, or pull any facial expression which draws my cheeks up, that a puffy roll of skin appears under my eyes. Would I need something like blepharoplasty or Sculptra? Sorry I don't know much about what procedures would be appropriate please help. Thank you.

My best advise would be for you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to be assessed in person and discuss options such as a bit of Botox to slightly relax the muscle. You do not want to use Sculptra under your eye. My best,

Thank you for sharing your case and photos.  You have a condition that is common for young people.  The roll of skin you see is a robust orbicularis oculi muscle (the muscle that helps to close the eye).  It would be nice to see a picture of you at rest to determine which treatment would be best.  Consider a consultation with an oculoplastic surgeon to discuss your case and goals.  Good luck!
