You are young so there is probably a genetic link. Using PRP under they can help with skin texture.  It helps the body increase its own collagen production easing the appearance of dark circles without adding filler.  Continue your at home regime as well. The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term.
