i am 5ft 100 pounds had 350cc mentor high profile implants done 3 years ago. I know people with smaller implants that look so much bigger because they are placed higher and closer together? why do mine sag so much?

As stated in your question, the implants contain cohesive III silicone gel in a silicone shell. These do not contain saline.

Good morning, Of those two choices I would definitely go with the 375 Mod Plus- you cannot tell a 20cc difference in your body, and the Mod implants are just too flat and wide!
