Answer: IPL Hi! You look like a great candidate for IPL! It will diminish freckles, hyperpigmentation, and help with redness and tiny vascularity's. Best results are packages of 3 IPL, followed by diamond glow medical grade facial two weeks later to buff off and exfoliate any pigmentation brought up to the surface. Your skin will be glowing! Great time of year to do this treatment is fall and winter.

Answer: For Skin Maintenance: Consider At-Home Rx Topicals Accompanied By A Series Of Superficial Peels At least from the photo provided, in keeping with keeping things simple while effective, the at-home daily use of a prescription retinoid accompanied by a series of in-office superficial peels consisting of high concentrations of glycolic or salicylic acid would very likely give you the skin perk up you are looking for. Light and energy-based device treatments, such as IPLs and BBLs, still remain to truly prove their value, unlike the aforementioned superficial peels that typically engender little to no significant downtime and have stood the test of decades of time for safety and efficacy in all skin types. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and not just any venue all-too-willing to sell you some "next big thing" light or energy-based device treatments. Hope this helps and best of luck.
