At least from the photo provided, in keeping with keeping things simple while effective, the at-home daily use of a prescription retinoid accompanied by a series of in-office superficial peels consisting of high concentrations of glycolic or salicylic acid would very likely give you the skin perk up you are looking for. Light and energy-based device treatments, such as IPLs and BBLs, still remain to truly prove their value, unlike the aforementioned superficial peels that typically engender little to no significant downtime and have stood the test of decades of time for safety and efficacy in all skin types.
