I’ve had redness on my face my whole whole life, more predominant on one side of face. It gets worse when I drink wine or when I’m hot - assuming it’s rosacea but never been diagnosed. Will IPL treat it; if not what will? Also prone to blushing which makes it temporarily significantly worse.
