I'm really sorry that this has happened to you. It's precisely because of events like this that I have been cautioning my regular followers for years already to be very leery of falling prey to the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz that surrounds all the expensive, "next big thing" light and energy-based devices, PRP, etc. because the hard science to support the inflated claims lags well behind the hype to promote them--as you have unfortunately found out the hard way.
Without at least photos of the current situation, I can only make a general recommendation. Professionally performed MANUAL microneedling (no need for the added expense and added risks of RF Microneedling) may help to better blend the surface color and textural irregularities with the surrounding normal skin. You would be wise to make sure to consult a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
