I had chin lipo 8 days ago and it’s hard to see any progress because I still have the hard lumps under my chin as well as swollen lymph nodes that are painful to the touch. Is this normal? I asked my doctor during my follow up and at first he seemed alarmed then he said I was okay. I’m both confused and concerned.

Unfortunately you have a problem of excess skin which would get worse if you had liposuction alone. At this point, you will need a neck lift in order to achieve desirable results. The skin is tightened and removed from behind the ears. Good luck
