Hello. I had 3100cc’s remover from my lipo 360 and 1900cc transfer to my butt and hips 2 weeks ago. I am heavier weight wise than i was before. Is this normal. Also i don’t feel like I’ll get the results i wanted. I am still rather large in my stomach and still have terrible back rolls. What do you all think?

I think that based on your pre-op photo, you have a completely reasonable result. You were not a great candidate for liposuction in the beginning so you need to keep your expectations in check. And remember that liposuction cannot treat intra-abdominal fat (around the organs) so this is why you still have some roundness to the abdominal area. This type of fat can only be reduced through total body weight loss. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon but in general, I think you should be happy with the outcome.Best of luck!Dallas R. There will be weight gain following liposuction temporarily due to retention of fluid and swelling. Usually by 3 months, the swelling is minimal and totally resolved by 6 months. Answer: Back Rolls Following BBL Procedure Based on your picture, you are an excellent candidate for a BBL revision. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. Based on your before picture you appear to have a combination of muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess intra-abdominal fat.
