Hello. I had 3100cc’s remover from my lipo 360 and 1900cc transfer to my butt and hips 2 weeks ago. I am heavier weight wise than i was before. Is this normal. Also i don’t feel like I’ll get the results i wanted. I am still rather large in my stomach and still have terrible back rolls. What do you all think?

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that based on your pre-op photo, you have a completely reasonable result. You were not a great candidate for liposuction in the beginning so you need to keep your expectations in check. And remember that liposuction cannot treat intra-abdominal fat (around the organs) so this is why you still have some roundness to the abdominal area. This type of fat can only be reduced through total body weight loss. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon but in general, I think you should be happy with the outcome.Best of luck!Dallas R. Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal.I would recommend to wait six months, and the consider a Tummy Tuck with muscle repair.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Based on your picture, you are an excellent candidate for a BBL revision. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. Based on your pictures I don't think anyone could've given you better results. There's a drastic improvement in your abdomen. Based on your before picture you appear to have a combination of muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess intra-abdominal fat.
