About 20 months ago I had an upper bleph, which I feel has made me look more tired, to be honest. No hate at the doctor. I never did any revision surgery. I tried Botox to help open my eyes some over a year ago, but it didn’t help much. No Botox or anything in my face for over a year now. My goal is wanting to make my face look more cheerful, feminine, and relaxed. I’m not expecting perfection. My nose and eyes are things I definitely want improved. Any more suggestions or feedback is welcomed!

Malar bags are difficult to treat. Some patients find improvement with lasers or Morpheus8 treatments, which also address skin tone and texture. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.
Tarsal fixation is when the tissue of the eyelid crease is fixated to the tarsus. This can include skin, levator aponeurosis, and orbicularis. This is often used to aid in lid crease formation.
Your eyebrows are quite flat and horizontal, so in my opinion you will need to opt for brow lift(endoscopic or mini brow lift) and probably some fat grafting in the inner part of upper eyelid and lower eyelid area. The type of brow lift can decided after consultation and your expectations.
