38 year old looking for frontal third and high mature hairline coverage, not taking any medications, likely to do transplant within next 6month, any advice based on my current state?

It will likely take at least 2 sessions of transplants, and I would recommend you do the FUT or strip procedures, to move more hair without compromising your donor area. You can also combine FUT and FUE on the same procedure to maximize hair removal safely. Finally, the use of finasteride and minoxidil is important so that your hair loss does not progress and becomes larger, which will increase the area that needs to be transplanted.
