If your goal is to fill in your frontal hairline, top, and crown, you would require 800-1,000 grafts in the front. Your previous physician put too many multi-hair grafts in the front creating a pluggy appearance. Adding hair to the front will improve density as well as camouflage some of the bad actors. The top will require 300 grafts. Grafts placed in the top will have multiple hairs thus creating better coverage. Your crown will require 800 grafts. You should consider starting a regenerative protocol or medical therapy as your donor is limited. If your donor is below average, you may only have 2,500 grafts available in the donor. It is not possible to determine donor density from photos.

Hello and thank you for your question. Please understand it's difficult to assess your situation by only looking at pictures. That being said, it looks like you have very good results from your first transplant. If you did want to add density I would guess something close to 1000 grafts. Please consult your doctor and think about it before you do it, you might want to wait and do it later down the road. Best of luck to you.

The complete evaluation must be at 14 months after you have all the growth from your hair transplant, to add density on that central area can be 1,000 a 1,500 grafts, equivalent to 3,000 to 4,000 follicles or hairs.

You have a great result . Would suggest doing things like PRP and laser therapy if you cannot take medications. You are still young and while medical treatments, PRP and laser slow down your hair loss it does not stop. We all have a limited number of grafts. 10 years from now the areas you want grafted may be different than the areas you want grafted now. Better to wait and use those limited grafts for a result that will look great long term. It may not be a head full of dense hair but will be aesthetically more acceptable for you.
However knowing the above if you wanted to go ahead with a procedure, based on the photos I would say 1000-1200 grafts would be adequate for the patch.
