Hello. I am 39 years old and have been dealing with a bulging undereye for about 3 years now. Its just the right eye. I was diagnosed with an inflammatory disease due to lymes disease so i do deal with fluid buildup thdoughout my body. My question is.... would an eyelift fix this or would anything fit it? I had an eyelift surgery scheduled and the day of the procedure the surgeon came in and told me that an eyelift would not fix it and he advised not to do it and waste my money...
