As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Of course there is no substitute for an in-person examination that allows for manipulation of the skin and underlying tissues. However, at least from the photos, an appropriately robust HA filler for the left cheek can help to create greater facial symmetry and diminish the droopiness and the left smile line. A couple of microdroplets of Botox in the tail of the right eyebrow can help to establish better balance with the elevation of the outer portion of the left eyebrow. If you have a deviated septum and it is causing you breathing issues, I can understand the need for surgery. However, at least from the photos, the nasal tip does not appear bulbous, and my concern (given that the greatest enemy of success is the pursuit of perfection) is that you may end up with a pinched nasal tip and will be quite unhappy.
