Is there a procedure that would remove my epicanthal fold? (photos)

Hello, I hate my epicanthal / Asian fold. I have no Asian or African ancestry so I don't understand why I have that? I'm Greek/French. Would it be worth it to have it removed? Will it give me bad scars? Will it be more aesthetic without it? Thanks
