Repeat ultrasound and if necessary aspiration under ultrasound control is necessary to fully drain the seroma. Keep the abdominal binder on 24 hours a day for a further six weeks and reduce your activity as this is usually responsible for a seroma at this stage.
Post Op you should aim to keep your fluids up by drinking plenty of water, however a small amount of carbonated drinks in moderation should be okay.
Both a Tummy Tuck and Umbilicoplasty can help reshape the size of your belly button. However if you do decide to have children, pregnancy can change things dramatically. So if considering a baby in the next few years best to wait.
