Thank you for sharing your question and congratulations on your recent augmentation.  It appears that you have an irritated vein, termed thrombophlebitis or Mondor's cords.  This can be treated with NSAID's and warm compresses to your tissues.  I would inform your surgeon as they can provide you the best reassurance and treatment to maintain your comfort.  Hope this helps.

This is a clot in a superficial vein. It is not dangerous to you. It is called "Mondor's Disease". My patients have had great relief using warm moist heat and antinflammatories until it resolves on its own in a few weeks.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photo, you have temporary swelling and pulling of connective tissue below the breast. As you heal, your tissues are getting used to their new 'roles'. This connective tissue is simply being pulled by the implant as all the tissue heals. This will settled down in a few weeks. I suggest you leave it alone and let it settle. I also suggest you remain in close contact with your surgeon for evaluation. All the best!
