Orthopedic surgeon thinks a tummy tuck would benefit my bones. Can I hope insurance will pay for ANY part of my surgery?

I've had 3 spine surgeries- cervical discectomy, lumbar area facet debridement, & cervical disc replacement. Multiple level injuries, degenerative disc disease, stenosis, curvature, & arthritis = no spine reconstruction possible. Have lost 80 pounds in 2 years. Pain/itching from excess skin is horrible! Considering my 35% L1 compression fracture, newest orthopedic surgeon thinks tummy tuck would benefit my entire skeletal frame. I have x-rays, MRIs, and a CT scan-- but no pictures. Thanks.
