I have had a 2nd hair transplant and I look balder than before at 2 months post-op?

I have had a hair transplant 3 years ago which was quite successful. With my already existing hair back then, the transplanted hair provided amazing density. In time with further hair loss, I required a 2nd transplant to increase the density. I have had this 2nd transplant 2 months ago in a different place, however my hair looks rather worse than before this 2nd transplant. I know shock loss is possible. But I am quite worried that 2nd transplant ruined transplanted hair from my 1st transplant.
