Thank you for your question, This is difficult to answer without photos Yes, Sculptra can be used to improve the shape of the buttocks. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. I recommend seeing a body shaping expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.
Sculptra is bio-stimulatory and makes your body create collagen. Collagen is not generally affected by exercise level like fat transplanted to the buttocks and that's why I think Sculptra is a better filler for active people (who also have very little fat to donate in the first place).
Thank you for your question. No, exercising will not affect your Sculptra results. Most physicians advise not to exercise the day of treatment to help reduce swelling and bruising. You can resume your regular exercising routine 24 hours after treatment. I hope this helps!
Sculptra works by stimulating your body to make its own collagen. This additional collagen can give volume, lift and firmness to the buttocks. Exercise should not affect your result from Sculptra injections. Depending on the amount of augmentation you desire, you will need several vials of Sculptra and more than likely a series of injections spaced several weeks apart. The procedure can be done in the office in less than an hour with the main complication being some bruising immediately after the injections.
Thank you for your question. The Sculptra Butt Lift should yield the same results whether you are working out or not unless you are losing significant weight. Weight loss can result in a shrinkage of the fat cells in the buttocks region. We did a Sculptra Butt Lift on a woman who was a competitive body builder and she has very nice sustained results approaching one year out.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore
There should be no real change with extensive working out unless of course you lose a substantial amount of weight. Have a consultation with a Board Certified Physician so that you understand the amount of product that needs to be used and the number of treatments.Best of luck
Sculptra is bio-stimulatory and allows for some volume by stimulating collagen production. It is not the same as a Brazilian buttock lift which uses fat. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
I will typically recommend using 10 vials of Sculptra per treatment session to obtain optimal Sculptra Butt Lift resutls. Typically, 2 treatments are needed spaced 1 month apart Final results are seen by 3 months and a single maintenance treatemnt of 10 vials every 2 years is recommended. I ...

Wow, are you sure they did 36 vials. I never do more than 4 to 6 at anyone time. It can take 6 to 8 weeks to see some growth, but with 36 vials at once, you might be at risks of getting granulomas. Good luck, Dr. ALDO
I'm not sure about Texas, but I perform Sculptra here in Scottsdale, AZ. Very happy clients.
