Question

I’ve had fraxel treatment, bellafill, even micro needling not as agressive as before, nothing is working . The red marks are the issue .

Thanks for your question and posting a picture.  Sorry to hear about the difficulty of this situation.  Based on your picture, you need a device that targets vascular lesions.  After a consultation in a medical setting, you would probably be a candidate for either IPL PhotoFacial or Pulse Dye Laser like VBeam.  The IPL would be more gentle, but may require a longer series of treatments.  THE PDL is like hitting it with big hammer.  You may only need one treatment, but you will have some down time associated with it.  Find a local physician with quality equipment and excellent reviews.  Best of luck.
