you can totally get small amount of filler and some Botox to minimize the appearance of the line. I like to do laser resurfacing as well. that helps with skin laxity. 

Thanks for the question and you're at the perfect age to ask!My preference for you would be PRP with a Hyaluronic filler to soften the contour and allow it to  blend.  Another option to filler would be micronized fat.I also would add a touch up Botox to the small depressor muscles at the corners of your mouth.In good health,Ellen Mahony, MD

Great questions and thanks for sharing the pics. There are tow ways to address the aging that results in volume loss and laxity. One option is non surgical tightening and lifting by ultherapy or similar procedure or add more volume in the cheek are to lift the angles with fillers. Need a consultation to discuss pros and cons of both and to see whats best for you. 

I recommend fillers for the folds themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Thanks for your question. Upper 30s is when we start to really see some signs of aging... Depending on lifestyle and genetics this is the time when it begins to catch up with us. I don't think you need anything surgical at this point either. I'd recommend fillers to help restore the volume in your midface and cheeks which in turn removes the heaviness from your mouth and jaw area.Adding too many fillers to the lower face goes against the youthful heart shaped face that is so attractive!Hope this helps and God Bless!Dr. Robb

The best treatment in your case are fillers which will easily correct your marionette lines. Hyaluronic acid based fillers would be a good choice.

You are at an age when patient start getting troubled by their volume loss. There are a number of dermal fillers than can help. Therefore, the key is to identify an experienced and expert physician injector who understand your aesthetic goals. 

Thanks for sharing your question and photos. You are at the age that people typically start seeing some facial volume loss. For midface/cheek volume loss, I prefer fillers such as Restylane Lyft and Sculptra. For laugh lines (nasolabial folds, marionette lines), I usually recommend the newer flexible gel hyaluronic acid based fillers, Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne. These in office treatments should be combined with a good at home skincare regimen which should include, at a minimum, an antioxidant, sunscreen and retinol. 

It may be after your dental extractions that you did notice some change in the structure of your jaw. You are however at the age when most patients will start to notice changes.  Dermal fillers would be a very good way to restore volume and lift to your face.  Dermal fillers can be combined with a tightening procedure such as lutronic infini or exillis  if needed to give additional tightening.  Consult with an experienced provider who can advise you.
