The left side of my nose has a crunchy feeling after getting hit in the face but it looks normal, what could be wrong? (Photos)

I got hit in the face with a laser tag gun. After a few minutes the pain got worse. I went to feel if it was swollen or bleeding the left side of my nose felt like crunching a chip bag. I was brought to tears as the pain increased. Once I got home my mom’s friend who was an army medic shined a light in my face and said that it was fine since there was no bruising. It’s been hurting since then and continues to have that crunching feeling when touched. it even pops when I move my nose
