Should my alars and nasal sill be repositioned upwards a bit with rhinoplasty before a lip lift?

February 6, 2021

I had bimax surgery and my maxilla got over impacted I am now seeking a lip lift and rhinoplasty my frustrating issue is I need 7mm lip lift for even 1 mm tooth show as demonstrated in pic, but when I pull my lip up this much my nasal sill and alars go upwards which means my nose base is too long for that much lift? I don’t know if I should have have my collumella reduced, tip rotated and also have alars reduced vertically abit too?
