I'm 21 years old, never had a nose job before, I like my nose it's fine, the only problem is there's a slight bump on the right side of the bridge that bothers me a lot. Can this hump be filed via microrhinoplasty under local anesthesia? I don't want my nose to be broken and there's a risk of an open roof deformity, how flat would my nose be?
Answer: Rhinoplasty Hi, thank you for the question. If you have no wide side bones, just rasping would be enough with a closed approach. Regards. Cem Altindag Istanbul The Nose Clinic

Answer: Non-surgical rhinoplasty can create symmetry or correct contour irregularities. Dear Nice511289; Absolutely. Nose tip filing procedures can be performed. But the important thing here is to decide on the most suitable procedure and appearance with your doctor. Please do not hesitate for more detailed examinations and applications.Without a detailed examination, it may be difficult to talk about which procedure will give your nose the shape you want. For the most suitable procedure for you, all risks and demands are taken into consideration. Kind Regards.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Dear. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will need to get a clearance from your doctor prior to surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. I recommend you to have rhinoplasty under general anesthesia due to the risk of bleeding and the surgery will be performed under comfortable conditions. Answer: It Can Be Done But The Result Might Not Meet Your Expectations! Hello and thank you for your question. I think you don't need to have this surgery that much; micro rhinoplasty can be done. But in the procedures performed under local anesthesia, they only rasp the upper part. When it is only rasped from the top, your nose appears wider when viewed from the front. Therefore, just rasping the top is not an appropriate method. It is necessary to narrow the nasal bone from the sides. If I were you, I would consider normal rhinoplasty surgery instead of micro rhinoplasty, but I don't think you need surgery.
