I've been trying to lose weight since I was 12, I've always been much taller and bigger than everyone all my life. Even eating healthier, and less, and exercising 4 times a week for 3 years, I saw no improvement. I then moved away and went back to not dieting & no gym. Idk if I can't lose weight for some reason. I would want to lose from legs, arms, torso, stomach, hips, face, everywhere. Do full procedures exist & how much are they? I am 20yrs old, female.

Answer: Large Volume Liposuction I have long been an advocate of large volume liposuction for the right person. You need to be seen and evaluated by a ABPS surgeon and then consider larger volume. Your cannot really do the whole body in one session but the most problematic areas can be treated. If you check pubmed.com you can find my article on some 600 patients. You may be a good candidate. My Best, Dr C

Answer: Full Body Liposuction Liposuction is never a replacement for weight loss. Liposuction is meant to contour the body to remove stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. There are plastic surgeons that are doing large volume liposuction, but it is not something I recommend to my patients.Have you been evaluated by your family doctor for possible medical reasons that weight loss is so difficult for you? If not, that may be the best place to start.Good luck!
