I doubt you mean liposuction of the vagina per se. However large Mons that is just above the vagina is easily treated under local anesthesia.

Liposuction of the suprapubic area is very easy and effective.  Most surgeons charge between 3-5,000 per area.  But again, location of the country, type of liposuction, and experience of the physician, treatment area size, can influence the costs.  I wish you the best of luck, Dr. Emer.

I assume you are referring to the mons pubis and not the vagina itself.  Mons pubis liposuction is fairly straightforward.

The vagina is an internal structure with no fat associated with it so I doubt that is what you are asking. The only thing I can think of that you may be referring to is the suprapubic pad. Costs vary from office to office and also in different parts of the country do you need to call some local offices.
