I doubt you mean liposuction of the vagina per se. However large Mons that is just above the vagina is easily treated under local anesthesia.

I assume you are referring to the mons pubis and not the vagina itself.  Mons pubis liposuction is fairly straightforward.

The vagina is an internal structure with no fat associated with it so I doubt that is what you are asking. The only thing I can think of that you may be referring to is the suprapubic pad. Costs vary from office to office and also in different parts of the country do you need to call some local offices.
