Best non-surgical and non-invasive procedure for the removal of belly fat

Hello doctors. There are too many of non-surgical and non-invasive procedure for the removal of belly fat (freeze fat??? burn fat???? laser??) I don't know, too many. Would you please tell me which one is the best out there now with little to no recovery ? Thank you.

I have used devices to freeze fat and find that they are effective. The problem is they are time consuming, require multiple treatments, and are relatively expensive. Liposuction can be performed with sedation and local anesthesia in most patients in gives consistently good and safe results in properly selected individuals.

Liposuction under local anesthesia is by far your best option to remove unwanted belly fat.  It is dramatically more effective than any of the other options. The fat removal is immediate and complete.  Control is more precise than with the other techniques.  You can go back to work immediately after the procedure. Just make sure you choose a great surgeon. We do not have pictures of you and have not seen in in person, so it is impossible to give you specific advice.  However, unless you are in very good shape and just the the most fine tuning of your fat, the any Non-Surgical Fat Removal, Non-Invasive Fat Removal or No Recovery Fat Removal = NO RESULT FAT REMOVAL.  If you have a lot of money to burn and a lot of time and minimal expectations, then go ahead and try out the non-invasive fat removal technologies.  However, I have not seen anything that even approaches the effectiveness of liposuction (actually physically removing the fat cells from your body).Good Luck.

Thanks for your question. Liposuction is the gold standard for removing far from the abdomen. This is fat that is OUTSIDE the abdominal wall. Intra-abdominal fat, or fat that is visceral requires exercise and diet--no treatments will remove that. CoolSculpting and SculpSure are effective non invasive treatments for fat removal. Patients require multiple treatments and it takes time to see the results. Non invasive treatments can be unpredictable in their results. I strongly recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to be evaluated and to determine your best results.

For people who don’t want surgery CoolSculpting is a very
effective option to help reduce fat in selective areas. The CoolSculpting
fat-freezing procedure is the only FDA-cleared, non-surgical fat-reduction
treatment that uses controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat that resists
all efforts through diet and exercise. After CoolSculpting, treated fat cells
that die are naturally eliminated from the body. This process is not as rapid
