Considering your age and current skin condition, a full lower blepharoplasty may not be necessary. Instead, under-eye fat repositioning through the conjunctiva could help improve both the puffiness and the hollowing under the eyes.
We would need to check the skin elasticity and degree of sagging in person, but the goal would be to smooth out the unevenness by releasing the deep tear trough and repositioning the fat into that space. This can create a more even and refreshed appearance.

You appear to have a focal area of fat herniation in your lower eyelid. This should easily be corrected with a lower blepharoplasty, transconjunctival or transcutaneous, to make your lower eyelids more symmetrical. You can check to see whether what you need is a lower blepharoplasty or undereye fat repositioning by using two of your fingers to gently pinch then pull the undereye skin outward, and see how it retracts. If it retracts slowly and leaves the wrinkles traces, it means that you have thin skin, poor elasticity, and even excessive skin, so a lower blepharoplasty will be a suitable option for you as it can address both the fat pads and the sagging skin, loose muscles in the lower eyelid areas. But if the skin retracts fast with no traces, it means that you have good skin elasticity and skin thickness with just a little or no excessive skin, so undereye fat repositioning will work wonderfully on you.These two surgeries are different, so please have a face-to-face consultation with a plastic surgeon to get a precise diagnosis as well as a suitable surgery plan that works for you.

Based on the nicely, one posted photo the lower eyelid on one side has a fat pocket. If you desire to do surgery, a trans conjunctival lower lid left plasty or a skin flap plasty is indicated, but before doing surgery if you would like to try a non-surgical method under local anesthesia is the Endo laser one to three sessions every three weeks as needed until result is noted if doing surgery expect fees to range from $2500-$5000 versus the end of delays is $1000 per session. In the picture the problem eyelid looks like it’s on the right side.
A lower blepharoplasty removing some the medial and middle fat pads may be helpful
