Will lower bleph with fat repositioning and fat graph help with the pink undereyes I have?

Hello, it is difficult to tell from the photo, but you do appear to have some "puffiness" and some hollowing in the lower eyelid / infraorbital region. This may be amenable to surgery or potentially volume replacement with filler and/or laser resurfacing. Best to visit an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.
