2 months post arm lipo, one arm thinner than other. Will they stay uneven and are compression sleeves still needed? (photos)

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol regarding compression. I have my patients wear compression for 3-6 weeks straight then overnight for 3-6 months after their procedure. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Yes your arms as all your entire body is always going to be uneven or asymmetrical, it is the normal.If you feel your arms at the moment are really diferent, you can have secondary procedures, but remember, never are going to be really equal.About compression sleeves I´d say you don't need more. But of course the answer is always: Please ask your surgeon and follow his/her advise
