16 days ago had full TT, breast lift with implants, and full body contouring lipo. Two drains, one removed in 5 days other was in 10 days. Drains came out in pubic area. After 2nd drain was removed sensation to urinate is constant. Every 15 to 20 minutes have full urination then sensation starters all over within 5 minutes of successful full urination. Everything else seems to be progressing normally for 16 days post op. Moving and walking within reason. Full compression garment at all times.

Answer: Frequency after surgery
I agree with all my esteemed colleagues that this is most likely sue to a urinary tract infection or UTI. You probably had a foley catheter in with all that surgery which is the usual cause of UTI. Call your plastic surgeon and tell him/her your symtoms, he will probably prescribe an antibiotic and your symtoms should improve quite rapidly.

Answer: Frequent urination after tummy tuck
Judging by your description of "frequency" that is the feeling that you have to urinate very soon after urinating, sounds as though you may have a urinary tract infection. This is a reason to contact your surgeon and be seen. This may be related to a urinary catheter which may have been used during your procedure which sounds as though it may have been lengthy. I do not believe that is related to the surgical procedure itself.
Thank you for your question.
