How to get model-esque cheekbones?

my face is too round, what procedure do i need to have sharper cheekbones, jawline and get rid of my fat face? i keep hearing about cheek implants. how would cheek implants help if thats going to add more fat to my already fat face?

My answer to how to get sharper cheekbones and a thinner face is similar to an answer I heard about how to be able to run very fast - Choose you parents carefully!If you have a face that is generally round, and you want sharper features, we can improve the appearance with fillers, implants and sometimes even Botox if you have fullness over the jaw by injecting the masseter muscles. I had a web inquiry recently from someone who wanted the exact same nose as Kim Kardashian! If someone does not have the same basic bone, cartilage, and soft tissue structure as her, there is no way to make their nose look like Ms. Kardashians. There are many great procedures and products available to enhance your natural beauty. Hi, non smiling photos, of your face, from the front and side would help in the evaluation. I have performed many facial shaping and contouring procedures over the past 30 years. Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most feminine, youthful and attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round in the front.
