I am 41 years old. This is my first cosmetic procedure. Had tear troughs filled a few weeks ago. Did not get results I was expecting at all. Is it normal to look like this immediately after the procedure? I didn't see anyone like this in all of my research prior to getting them done. First pic is immediately after procedure, second is before and after. Did something go wrong?

It appears as though either too much filler was used or the filler used was not placed deep enough. The best option is to dissolve this area using a hyaluronidase solution to reduce the bulging.

Thank you for your question. Restylane is indicated to last about 6 months. Everyone breaks it down slightly different. At 8 weeks yes you can definitely resume with any treatments that you would like to do. Best of luck to you.
