How effective are PRP and stemcell therapy treatments are for scarred labia minora?

I am sorry to hear about your pain after the labiaplasty. It is very difficult to give you advice on your question without seeing the final result. Is it scarring that it is causing this problem? Perhaps a steroid injection might help if that was the case. Was too much taken off? Perhaps a surgical revision might be a better option.
Perhaps , it might be a good idea to send photos so that we could give you a more informed answer.

Sorry about your situation, but I'm glad you found a doctor familiar with PRP and stem cell therapy. As long as there isn't some surgical revision necessary these therapies can be a tremendous help. I would recommend that you try this - What do you have to lose?

As a surgeon who has performed over 900 primary labiaplasties and over 50 reconstructions of other surgeon's poorly-performed work, and a sexual medicine practitioner familiar with the psychodynamics involved in women experiencing post-labiaplasty problems, I am uniquely familiar with your question. I have worked with many women experiencing post-LP pain, and have had good success with topical neuroleptic medication for pain, psychosexual therapy for the psychosexual issues involved, and surgical reconstruction. With that in mind, I was fascinated by a unique article in the medical injury regarding the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for the treatment of neurogenic pain by encouraging, among other pathways, axonal regeneration. However, there are no studies in the "evidence-based" medical literature on the use of PRP for the specific therapy of this neurogenic pain emanating from branch(es) of the pudendal nerve. Therefore, I have written a protocol and received funding for an landmark pilot study evaluating the use of both topically-applied neuroleptic medication and PRP for pain therapy. There is also anecdotal information regarding the success of isolated surgical excision in cases where neuroma formation appears responsible for the pain. All of that said, I see no down side for your trying the use of PRP and/or stem cell therapy from an experienced practitioner. There is very little downside, and much to be potentially gained. YES, it is probable that, with proper treatment (which, in my opinion involves a combination of topical neuroleptic medication, possibly PRP, possibly surgical reconstruction, and psychosexual therapy), you can have a long, enjoyable, and healthy sexual life!
