I had a LP of the minora, majora&clitoral hood. My results came out botched& my whole anatomy has been ruined. Before the surgery, like any normal woman, I had a interlabial crease which separated the minor and;major. I don’t have this anymore, which also makes shaving hard because the hair grows right next to my clit& non existent labia. I haven’t seen any result like mine? How did this occur. Did he cut out the intralabial crease during the majoraplasty? Can it be fixed. Please see photos & read

Answer: What can I do to look normal again? Hello Genuine833772, I'm so sorry about your surgical outcome. Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do following the amputation of the labia. Fat transfer to the majora will not regenerate your labia minora. Hopefully, you are not in a ny physical discomfort and you are able to be intimate.

Answer: Botched labiaplasty As the inventor and innovator of the wedge technique in 1994, I reconstruct many women who have had labia reductions by other surgeons, both wedge and trimming techniques. The reconstruction is more difficult than a primary labiaplasty and should be done by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in labia reconstruction. I published the first and most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in the prestigious journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" about ten years ago. Fortunately, you have adequate clitoral hood to reconstruct your upper labia minora with clitoral hood flaps, which I invented and published in that journal article. In this surgery, I take the remaining tissue of your clitoral hood and transfer it downward to create labia minora. I have done this surgery about 80 times with excellent results. The surgery takes about 31/2+ hours so it is not a simple office procedure. If any surgeon reduces more of your clitoral hood, you will be ineligible for this repair. You only get one good chance to reconstruct you, so be patient and ask a lot of questions. Gary J. Alter, M.D. Beverly Hills, CA - Manhattan, NYC

Answer: Labia majoraplasty hello, in labiamajoraplasty surgery, the skin is removed over the labium majors and the remaining tissues are combined again. Labium minors do not have hair, but labium majors have hair. If the hairy area in the labium majors is brought too close to the clitoris and labium minor. Situations like yours arise. It would be correct to have laser hair removal.

Answer: Botched surgery of labia minora, labia majora labioreduction, and hoodoreduction Q: Will corrective surgery help in this case?A: Yes, most of your surgically created problems presented here can be corrected, and I like to share this good news with you and your doctor. I do not write this note to market my practice but to help women suffering from botched surgery and that there is hope for you and others. First, I like to establish identifiable problems on the photograms that were created by your original surgery and potential corrective surgical treatments, and I will systematically evaluate from the top: 1. The clitoral hood needs revision for esthetic motives and at the same time, addresses the preputial redundant tissue and labia minora being extended to the clitoral hood. I reported the case on how to do clitoral prepucioplasty, and this article is available in the medical literature. 2. The labia minora are fused bilaterally with the intralabial crease and the labia majora. My clinical study showed that Labiolysis is a surgical technique that releases this fusion and recreates the presence of the interracial crease and the labia majora published article is available in the medical literature). Additionally, I developed a new surgical intervention that expands and elongates the labia minora tissues. The study group is still in a 3-year follow-up period of follow-up and and the preliminary results are very promising. 3. Currently, there is no surgical technique available that the labia majora can be corrected successfully after batched operation since the labia majora adipose sac has been resected, causing flat appearances bilaterally. I discovered the anatomy sac of the labia majora, and two pathomorphologists established the microscopic characteristics features of the sac (the article is available in the medical literature).
