I had a LP of the minora, majora&clitoral hood. My results came out botched& my whole anatomy has been ruined. Before the surgery, like any normal woman, I had a interlabial crease which separated the minor and;major. I don’t have this anymore, which also makes shaving hard because the hair grows right next to my clit& non existent labia. I haven’t seen any result like mine? How did this occur. Did he cut out the intralabial crease during the majoraplasty? Can it be fixed. Please see photos & read

Answer: Botched surgery of labia minora, labia majora labioreduction, and hoodoreduction Q: Will corrective surgery help in this case?A: Yes, most of your surgically created problems presented here can be corrected, and I like to share this good news with you and your doctor. I do not write this note to market my practice but to help women suffering from botched surgery and that there is hope for you and others. First, I like to establish identifiable problems on the photograms that were created by your original surgery and potential corrective surgical treatments, and I will systematically evaluate from the top: 1. The clitoral hood needs revision for esthetic motives and at the same time, addresses the preputial redundant tissue and labia minora being extended to the clitoral hood. I reported the case on how to do clitoral prepucioplasty, and this article is available in the medical literature. 2. The labia minora are fused bilaterally with the intralabial crease and the labia majora. My clinical study showed that Labiolysis is a surgical technique that releases this fusion and recreates the presence of the interracial crease and the labia majora published article is available in the medical literature). Additionally, I developed a new surgical intervention that expands and elongates the labia minora tissues. The study group is still in a 3-year follow-up period of follow-up and and the preliminary results are very promising. 3. Currently, there is no surgical technique available that the labia majora can be corrected successfully after batched operation since the labia majora adipose sac has been resected, causing flat appearances bilaterally. I discovered the anatomy sac of the labia majora, and two pathomorphologists established the microscopic characteristics features of the sac (the article is available in the medical literature).
