I’ve (21f) always had chubby cheeks and a lot of facial fat. It never seemed to go away no matter how much weight I lost. Last year, I had cheek liposuction and buccal fat removal to get rid of some of the fat. When I had this done, I was at an ideal weight. Since then, I’ve gained weight and my face has gained fat as well, making it look pre operation. If I loose the weight, will my face go back to how it first looked post operation?
