Answer: Regarding shaving the donor area and when to start wearing motorcycle helmet? tartar11,I would recommend waiting two weeks before a hair cut. The wearing of a helmet can start after one week.

Answer: Helmet after HT We generally tell our patients to wait 10-14 days before wearing a helmet and 2-3 weeks before a haircut.Please check with your surgeon for post op instructions.

Answer: Haircut and Helmet Hair clippers and a helmet are both fine once the area is done healing and all scabs/crusts have finished falling off- so I'd recommend waiting two weeks after your transplant. Be sure to check with your doctor in case there is something specific to your case that would change that timeline for you.

Answer: Shaving machine on the donor area You may start to gym, heavy exercises and swimming 2 weeks after the FUE operation. You can ride the motorcycle and wear the helmet. Hair clipper doesn't give any harm to your donor area after 2 weeks of operation , but wait 6 weeeks for use it on recipient area .
