Could liposculpture fix the results in my outer thighs and knees? (Photos)

Hello, I am a 45 years old french woman, who underwent fat grafting to the breast in November 2024. Fat was taken from outer and inner thighs, knees, an lower back. Results on my breast and inner thighs are very good, but unfortunately it is not the case on the outer thighs, where I have irregularities, and hollows on the sensuous triangles (between the lateral buttocks, lateral and posterior thighs), and the knees, that have been lipoed too much in the front (not top of the knee but inner/front). Can this be corrected by fat grafting ? I still have some fat left on my front thighs and love handles.
