Hi, I have 4 yr old saline under muscle breast implants. I had been experiencing really bad rt. shoulder blade and shoulder pain. My rt. breast is burning from what I think is the fill valve. I can feel it right beneath my skin along with a definite ring around it which is also painful. My question is..is it possible for the valve to pop up, and come thru the muscle (submuscular) and would pectoral muscle pain cause shoulder blade pain. I've included ultrasound pictures if that helps
