Hello. Your breast pain may well be caused by irritation from the valve.A full exam may help but usually , if your symptoms persist, we recommend exchanging your implant: Either with saline , placing the new implant with the valve facing down,or substitute with a smooth silicone implant.Your discomfort should improve:)

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing.  Physical examination would be necessary to determine whether or not the discomfort you are experiencing is likely related to the underlying breast implant valve.  If this is indeed the case, one solution may be removal of the saline breast implants and re augmentation with silicone breast implants.  The use of acellular dermal matrix may be helpful when it comes to providing more coverage of any type of breast implant you end up utilizing.
