Is it normal to have intense muscle pain post drain removal after a breast implant removal and lift?

Had breast implants removed and crescent lift. Dr said drains would be in 5 days, then said after surgery it would be 3 weeks. Drain removal at 22 days was very painful, I even passed out after 2nd drain was removed. There was a horrible pain when right drain was removed, and that pain has continued for 2 weeks since drain removal. Left side is perfectly fine. Pain is not nerve pain best I can tell. Very intense, pulsating, deep pain. Can literally see chest muscle twitching during pain episode.
