When i pinch the skin on the bridge of my nose, the over laying skin by tear ducts dissappear is it possible to do a skin pinch on the bridge of my nose to resolve this issue?

You appear to have epicanthal skin folds.This can be addressed surgically.I suggest you seek out an Oculoplastic Surgeon in your area for help with this.I hope this was helpful.

What you are describing is something call "epicanthal folds" (extra/redundant web of skin over the inner corner of the eyelids).From your pictures, yours look fairly mild. You have what is called an epicanthal fold. A Z-plasty incision under local anesthesia can correct this
