I recently had my eyebrows microbladed and afterwards noticed a significant difference in the symmetry of my eyebrows. She ended up doing Botox on one side to drop it down and make them even, but that has since worn off, so now it's back to how it was. I'm posting a few pictures. One is flipped so how others see me, the other is how I see myself which isn't as noticeable. Also what would be the cost to fix this?
Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Brow lift: Will a brow lift fix this asymmetry? Hello krangerA Brow Lift (also known as a Forehead Lift or an Upper Face Lift) is a surgical procedure designed to lift the brow and eliminate wrinkles on the forehead. People with droopy or sagging brows can have a sad, angry, or tired appearance; a brow lift can make that person look more happy and energetic.

Answer: Brow Lift Thank you for your question. Please keep in mind that nobody achieves a perfectly symmetrical face, and no amount of facial plastic surgery can create perfect symmetry. A brow lift can reduce wrinkles on your forehead while a blepharoplasty can address your eyelids and create more symmetry there. I suggest that you discuss your current healing process and your desired improvements with the board certified facial plastic surgeon and office that performed your Botox. Best wishes,

Answer: Brow lift, eyelid ptosis, botox Your concern is likely due to eyelid ptosis, which is a low hanging eyelid. your eyebrow is being held in a higher position to help the eyelid on that side come up. this is a natural reflex that happens unconsciously when you have ptosis. Botox to lower the brow can result in the eyelid not having the extra help from the brow and your lid will possibly hang lower. The way to correct asymmetric brows when ptosis is present is with an eyelid ptosis repair. Once corrected the brow position will become symmetrical again. Be sure to consult with an expert facial surgeon. Best Regards, Dr. Weiss.

Answer: Treatment for eyebrow asymmetry Thanks for posting your photos and question. Although a brow lift can be performed to create more symmetry, the cause of your eyebrow asymmetry must first be determined. This may be caused by droopiness of the eyelid, with the brow being raised to compensate. See a specialist for an in-person examination. Once the cause is determined, the appropriate treatment option(s) can be discussed. Best wishes.
